When our furnace "died" on New Year's Day, my husband and I waited to call for a repair until Tuesday, January 2nd to call for a repair. Thornton's service man came promptly on Tuesday and repaired the furnace and we once again had heat. We have had Thornton as our HVAC people for the past sixteen years and have always been satisfied with the work they do.
